Michael Kohler, Director of Finance

Michael Kohler became Director of Finance in 2007 and is responsible for accounting and controlling at Nanogate AG. In addition to this, he oversees process organisation throughout the Group and business development at a commercial level.

Michael Kohler’s career has given him well-founded expertise in dealing with investment banks, analysts and investors, and extensive experience in fields such as M&A and venture capital. After studying business management, focusing on taxation, auditing, organisation, and company law, he worked as a consultant at a well-known auditing company. He then assumed a managerial position in controlling and accounting at a software company undergoing international expansion. Before joining Nanogate AG, Michael Kohler worked as Director of Finance at another international software company, where he also held the position of authorised officer and sat on the board of directors.
