Ralf Zastrau, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Ralf Zastrau is responsible for finance, strategy, company development as well as company communication and involvements. He has been with the company as managing director since 1999, and has carried out its orientation as well as transformation from a scientific start-up to a market-orientated technology company. Ralf Zastrau has many years experience in the industry, both in the medium-sized trade and industry as well as in international group companies. Ralf Zastrau obtained his commercial grounding during his studies to become an industrial clerk in the plastic industry. There then followed double degree studies to become a business information specialist and business graduate in Germany and England. Ralf Zastrau concluded his studies with an international postgraduate course to become a Master of Business Administration in the USA. After his first managerial position as head of controlling in a medium-sized company group, Ralf Zastrau entered the strategic company development of Asea Brown Boveri AG (ABB). He then took on the responsibility as a member of the management in a subsidiary company.
