Many mass products are produced by molding or casting the raw products in a tool form. In the series process, this can cause deposits and soiling on the tool surface, which can have a considerable influence on the process cycle as well as the quality of the product.
Here, Nanogate-Technologie® offers varied possibilities of providing interesting solutions based on the nanoremove® product platform. When, for example, demolding epoxy resin components, the service life of the tool is considerably increased (6x service life) and the use of separating agents can be reduced by around 80%. The costs for the entire process can be reduced and productivity increased .
