In the energy generation sector, efficiency is a key parameter for assessing the output. Particularly in the thermal transmission sector, a constant thermal transfer is essential for an efficient process. The heat exchangers used for this require highly temperature-resistant surfaces that also offer protection against corrosion even in the case of demanding environmental parameters. Here, with the aid of Nanogate-Technologie^®, a system has been developed for heat exchangers made of light metal, which, after an extensive test phase, has now been approved for use.

By using surface enhancement it has been proven that the corrosion protection layer guarantees a constant degree of efficiency and thermal transmission. The need for extensive cleaning work is then also considerably reduced.
