The material of the industrial age
Metal is used in virtually all industrial sectors: Mechanical engineering, building construction, underground engineering, for pipe work as well as in automotive construction and aircraft construction. The development of alloys, coatings, composite materials and enhancements has led to an enormous range of metal compounds for various tasks.
Nanogate-Technologie® represents a new possibility of enhancing metals by optimizing the function of the surface as required. The haptic and optical properties of the material surface remain unchanged.
Virtually no incineration residue, longer service life
Using Nanogate-Technologie® the metal is given an additional function, like for example, corrosion protection, increased sliding capabilities, anti-stick properties, resistance to wear or catalytic functions. We offer mature industrial solutions, e.g. for engines, printing machines, die-casting moulds and plant components.
Our technology enables functionalities that also remain stable under high temperatures. The reduction in deposits, the increase in scratchproof properties as well as an improved corrosion protection have several effects at the same time: longer intervals between services, shorter standstill times and an increased productivity and profitability.
Fingerprints and scratches have no chance
Customers are easily impressed by products that use intelligent functions to ease their lives. A surface enhancement using Nanogate-Technologie® prevents unpleasant smells by means of innovative catalytic effects. The Easy2Clean® effect means the metal surfaces are easier to clean and, because of the anti-fingerprint effect, high-grade steel surfaces maintain a perfect finish. Coatings with "nanoremove®" represent permanent cost savings in the cast resin production, "nanoremove®"represent permanent cost savings in the cast resin production, "nanochrom®" helps prevent paint and dirt from sticking and "nanoglide®" uses improved sliding capabilities to enable an extended lifespan of metal under abrasive conditions.
