The process or production integration represents a further core competence of Nanogate and forms the second pillar of Nanogate-Technologie®.
It is the connecting link between the material development or production of nano formulations and the customer’s products that are to be enhanced. The challenges here are in the adaptation of cost-effective and reliable procedure techniques as well as in the generation of the desired surface quality. It is often necessary to generate ultra-thin layers with simultaneously high durability without, at the same time, altering the essential basic properties of the original surface.

We have at our disposal various procedures for integrating optimized nano formulations in the respective customer application.
Our current technology platforms
Nanogate currently concentrates on two platforms that have proven their flexibility, safety and cost-efficiency many times in practice.
- Wet chemical processes
- Electrochemical processes
Alongside the typical procedures that are applied in these platforms, we have also developed our own efficient processes. Included here are, for example, our own nanoplating® or nanoinject® procedures. In the Nanogate application centre we can also demonstrate daily the concrete implementation of customer requirements in operative practice, and enable a quick start to the series production.
